I lead research and design teams. I help organisations create a shared understanding about digital products user's experience. I push for a healthier and more strategic product design cycle. A stepping stone for this is making user experience everybody's business and helping create a multi-disciplinary, cultural backbone for product decision making.
Proper experience design demands a holistic perspective and interdisciplinary work. No matter how impactful that work would be, it doesn't translate well into a list of isolated results and tangible deliverables...
